Project Brief
For this project, we showcased their latest flooring collection with a focus on aesthetics and versatility. The goal was to create visuals that highlighted the product’s high-quality textures, natural tones, and seamless adaptability to various design styles. By visually capturing the essence of Kaara Decor’s craftsmanship, we aimed to present the collection as the ideal foundation for beautiful, well-designed spaces.
Our Approach
Our approach to Kaara Decor’s flooring collection involved a refined, minimalistic aesthetic to allow the products to take center stage. With art direction and styling tailored to highlight the textures, finishes, and unique details of each flooring option, we crafted visuals that underscored the collection’s quality and versatility. Each setup was designed to embody both style and substance, reflecting Kaara Decor’s brand ethos of timeless and functional design.
Set Design
With limited space and time to capture a high volume of visuals, we designed an efficient two-camera setup for the Kaara Decor shoot, focusing on both intricate details and lifestyle appeal. A fixed camera mounted on a boom arm provided steady, overhead shots that highlighted the textures, patterns, and fine details, creating impactful visuals for the collection. Meanwhile, a handheld camera enabled flexible side angles and lifestyle compositions, showcasing the flooring in styled settings that emphasized its design versatility. A balanced four-light arrangement enhanced the richness of textures, adding depth to each frame and bringing out the natural allure of Kaara’s flooring.
