Pashtush
Our latest campaign for Pashtush, an esteemed Indian gifting brand, was a celebration of the joy of gifting. Pashtush, known for its intricately designed Indo-Persian shawls for both men and women, sought to create a visually rich and opulent catalogue that embraces the abundance of India’s elements, patterns, colors, textures, and decorations.
Concept Development: The brief was clear: a catalogue shoot that is festive, opulent, maximalist, royal, and luxurious. We aimed to capture the essence of Pashtush’s products by creating maximalist sets that exuded luxury and celebrated the rich traditional heritage of Indian arts.
Preparation: Our team meticulously planned the shoot, sourcing a variety of props and set pieces that reflect the opulence and grandeur of Indian culture. Each set was designed to be prop-heavy, embracing a maximalist aesthetic that highlights the abundance and richness of Pashtush’s shawls.
Shooting: During the shoot, we focused on capturing the intricate details and luxurious textures of the shawls. The sets were filled with vibrant colors, elaborate patterns, and rich textures, creating a visual feast that emphasized the royalty and luxury of Pashtush’s products. Each image was carefully composed to showcase the shawls in their full glory, reflecting their Indo-Persian heritage.
Execution: Despite the complexity of the maximalist sets, our team successfully balanced all visual elements to avoid overwhelming the products. Each shot was crafted to highlight the beauty and craftsmanship of the shawls, while the rich backgrounds and elaborate props added to the overall sense of luxury and festivity. Lighting and angles were expertly adjusted to achieve a polished, opulent finish.
Outcome: The final images beautifully portrayed the royalty and luxury inherent in Pashtush’s shawls. These photographs are now featured in their catalogue, as well as on their website and social media handles, effectively conveying the brand’s message of opulence and the joy of gifting.
This project demonstrated our ability to create visually stunning and culturally rich images. By combining a maximalist aesthetic with a deep appreciation for India’s traditional heritage, we delivered a series of photographs that perfectly capture the festive and luxurious essence of Pashtush’s products.
